Magwayen Gin from the Psychopomp Distillery is a small batch, craft, distilled gin. Made with botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica, cassia, pineapple, orange zest, oak, cherry wood, cardamon and black pepper.

This Limited Edition Cuckoo Gin has been infused with sloe berries and blackberries picked locally, Gaultheria Berries picked from Rivington Terrace Gardens and Honey from their bees at Holmes Farm. Still punchy, ‘ginny’ and proper at 39% ABV, the result is a truly handmade Sloe Gin that is honest, local and bursting with autumnal flavour.

For the opening of his restaurant, Cornerstone, Chef Tom Brown commissioned The Wrecking Coast Distillery to create a distinct gin exclusively for his guests that would match his exacting standards. Now, this unique gin is available for all to enjoy. Berry and Applesauce sweetness with spice hints and a citrus balance. They distil with fresh-pressed apple juice from Polgoon and locally foraged Rowen Berry and Rosehip to deliver autumnal notes.
★ Serving Suggestion: Ice in the glass then pour Cornerstone Rare Cornish Gin, squeeze two fresh wedges of lime, and top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale.

A spiced rum created by the chaps behind The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives. This is made using a blend of Caribbean rums alongside a hearty helping of spices. With notes of Pineapple, Seville orange, dried raisins dusted with cinnamon and black pepper and a touch of creamy vanilla that slowly develops on the palate.
★ Serving Suggestion: Smooth enough to drink alone; ideal with tonic and perfect as the basis for a wide range of cocktails where the spirit's complexity creates a perfect serve.
A deliciously rich, complex, Spiced Rum, Devil's Bridge has been infused with the ingredient at the heart of this Welsh legend, Bara Brith. The base rum is a blend from the Caribbean's most renowned distilleries, mixed with fruits and spices for sweetness, Shirgar Carmarthenshire butter for smoothness and Glengettie black tea for an unusually dry finish.
★ Serving Suggestion: Devil's Bridge Spiced Rum can be enjoyed on its own over ice, served long with a mixer or as a first-class kick in any cocktail.
The Sherry Cask, 'The Bodega' sees Arran return to the style of some of its earliest releases, which were predominantly aged in sherry casks. Master distiller James MacTaggart has worked with producers in some of the finest sherry bodegas in Jerez, Andalucia to access some of the best quality casks in the industry. The result is this complex, luxurious and elegant single malt, with layers of rich sweet spice and oak. Ripe fig and cherries on the palate with a finish that smacks of dark chocolate, mandarins and ripe figs.

The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the most important release in the history of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company. Their best casks are selected and bottled under the careful eye of their Master Distiller Billy Walker. This whisky boasts flavours of honey, marzipan and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.

Benriach offers a richly multi-layered flavour experience, thanks to its multiple eclectic casks from around the world. On the nose, rich orchard fruit, honey and toasted oak. Ripe pear, nectarine and malt sweetness, with a finishing note of almond and spiced vanilla on the palate.
★ Serving Suggestion: Try 50ml of Benriach The Original Ten with 30ml coconut water, 10ml of sugar syrup infused with lemon and 100ml of grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
