We do not store card details for re-use and our staff have no access to any card numbers entered on our website. Data Retention Periods

Transactional Data Retention: Transactional data will be retained indefinitely, any personal information related to transactions will be removed from transaction records after 6 years from the last transactional interaction.

Mailing List and Marketing Data: Mailing list data will be retained for 4 years from the last date of email interaction. The option to immediately, fully op out or remove all personal mailing list data will always be included on any email communication. Retention periods have been established based on our analysis of customer behaviour patterns as well as on the business and financial requirements and obligations of Partners In Supply Limited (T/A The Tipple Cellar) – Company No. 06628603

Because of the nature of products sold by The Tipple Cellar
