We do not store card details for re-use and our staff have no access to any card numbers entered on our website. Data Retention Periods
Transactional Data Retention: Transactional data will be retained indefinitely, any personal information related to transactions will be removed from transaction records after 6 years from the last transactional interaction.
Mailing List and Marketing Data: Mailing list data will be retained for 4 years from the last date of email interaction. The option to immediately, fully op out or remove all personal mailing list data will always be included on any email communication.
