Their story began in 1740, when Admiral Edward Vernon enforced a reduction in the strength of the Royal Navy’s rum ration. When the men made a complaint, the Admiral suggested that they add plenty of limes and sugar to their drinks to make it more palatable for them. Old J has been created in honour and memory of this, and since then they have bought the Admiral’s excellent concept to now create the finest handcrafted Caribbean rums using a top secret blend of sugar, vanilla, spices and Persian lime.
Today, they bring you six uniquely tasty varieties, with the same blended base, for you to enjoy.
