Our couriers may try a neighbour, take it to a local collection point, or re-attempt delivery. An email will let you know the next steps.
We'll always do our best to keep everything in stock, but if something you've ordered isn't available, we'll get in touch via email or phone to let you know. If we can't source a suitable alternative and the item is unlikely to be restocked soon, we'll offer a refund for that item.
We aim to deliver on or around the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, but during busy periods or if there are supply issues, there may be some delays. If we expect any disruption to your delivery, we'll get in touch and keep you updated. If you're concerned or haven't received tracking details, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it for you.
