At their distillery, Edwards 1902 transform locally grown 'King Edward' potatoes, into smooth Edwards 1902 vodka, which then becomes the base for their Yorkshire Rhubarb Vodka and Edwards Vodka Liqueurs, featuring ingredients like rhubarb from the Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle and single-origin coffee from our Lincoln & York neighbours.
