Barbican Botanics are based in Plymouth’s historic Barbican and produce a fantastic range of award-winning gin and rum. Barbican Botanics Gin is a small batch, handcrafted gin distilled in small 30 litre batches in a traditional copper still using a unique recipe.
Launched in August 2019, Barbican Botanics Spiced Rum is a super smooth Spiced Rum. 100% Fermented and Distilled in the South West of England, with Figs for sweetness, Orange for Citrus before the Spice kicks in.
