Since 1837, The Borders Distillery has been producing scotch whisky in the Scottish Borders. They take great satisfaction in creating a variety of alcoholic drinks, including their handcrafted vodka and gin, which are all derived locally from their own barley supply.
The Borders Distillery has always prioritised minimising negative effects while maximising positive effects. They take pride in their distinction as a zero-waste distillery as well as being a sustainable distillery. Additionally, they employ a number of strategies, such as conserving power by utilising the natural lighting that their glass roof provides.
