Spirit of Ilmington is a boutique distillery nestled in the picturesque village of Ilmington, located in the North Cotswolds. Established in 2014, the distillery began by reviving the village's traditional cider-making heritage, utilising surplus local apples to produce cider, which is then distilled into their signature apple brandy.
