Once I have got the product the delivery and packaging and product was/ is brilliant. But it wasnt in stock when ordered for date and inhouse issues meant I missed date for present, this wasnt clear. But once I was informed of issue I was in the know. It was just unlucky i think due to inhouse staffing and product issues it happens. Will use them again for this gin. :)
