Ninefold Distillery is the first and only rum distillery in the south of Scotland, making rum from scratch in their Scottish-made copper pot still. Situated on Dormont Estate near dalton, and housed in a beautifully converted stone farm building, the distillery currently produces an unaged pure single rum (aka white rum) and their signature Dormont spiced rum.
