Karven Dry Gin is a premium New Zealand spirit crafted by Karven Craft Distillers in Riverhead, just north of Auckland. Distilled in small batches using a unique gravity-flow process, each batch is limited to 100 individually numbered bottles. The gin is produced using GMO-free grain alcohol and pure artesian water sourced from an aquifer beneath the distillery. Notably, all eight botanicals are organic, with four hand-foraged from the surrounding orchards, including the distinctive native Manuka flower
