Isle of Bute was founded in late 2018 by several friends who were sailing around the Isle, when they noticed that no distillery had firmly set itself up on Bute. Soon, they set themselves up with two copper stills, some local botanicals, and the rest is history. Today, they produce six varied, yet delicious types of gin.
