Hattiers Rum was established in 2017 by Philip Everett-Lyons. Philip set about creating an exceptional blended sipping rum and was fuelled by his passion for life at sea. After eighteen months of research, development and testing, followed by more research, more development, more tasting Hattiers Premium Reserve Rum was ready.
