The first gin ran from Gin Eva distillery in 2012, when husband and wife were still working full-time for a small winery in Mallorca. Three years earlier, they distilled Mallorca's first Gin for a company in the north of the island. The initial idea quickly turned into concrete plans and the Gin Eva distillery was born. It was to be another 4 years before they fully focused on the gin and quit their permanent position at the winery.
