Home to a range of award winning Irish gins, whisky and poitín, the Echlinville Distillery promises the ethos of from 'field to farm' in every single one of their products. They are Ireland’s first farm distillery, and are proud to craft their spirits from the ground up. Every product has been locally sourced on their own farmland and their premium whiskey, gin and poitín have been distilled from barley that they malt the old fashioned way on the distillery malting floor.
Since 2007, Shane Braniff and his wife Lynn established the Echlinville Distillery and since created a whole new chapter of distilling.
