Inspired by the history of the local Arts and Crafts movement and foraging with their families on the South Downs, creators of Ditchling Gin decided to try and make a gin which resonated with what they love so much. Only made with the best UK-sourced grain spirit, carefully infused with juniper, coriander, angelica, orange, lemon, bitter almond, cassia bark and Sussex spring water. In a classic ‘London Dry’ style, the gin has a smooth, rich taste. The finish has a warm subtle hint of sweet orange. It can be sipped with just a little water and ice to really ‘unlock the botanicals’.
