Conker Spirit Distillery is the home of Speciality coffee roasting and small-batch craft distilling. The pride themselves on creating a range of award-winning spirits, whilst also being Dorset's first gin distillery.
Conker Spirit is the brainchild of founder Rupert Holloway, who decided to change his career as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 to set up the distillery. His plan was for Conker Spirit to do everything themselves, the right way, with a clear focus on quality.
