Fynbos, comes from Dutch, meaning fine leaved plants. A biome of southern coastal South Africa characterized by a diverse richness of endemic plant species. As best friends and two aspiring wine and gin producers, it was all meant to be for Johan du Toit and Oliver Kirsten. Their obsessive love for the unique, incredible landscape and flora of the Western Cape of South Africa would be source of energy and innovation.
