Created only with botanicals foraged from landscapes, Buck & Birch was born in 2012 and is the brains behind Rupert Waites (head chef, production director and chief forager), alongside Tom Chisholm (creative director and liquid researcher).
2016 was their debut on the market and henceforth the release of their famous Aelder Wild Elderberry Liqueur.
