The Atlas Gin story begins in Edinburgh where our founder, Paul, discovered his passion for gin. Fascinated by flavours and how adding the perfect mixer added life and depth to the botanicals within good gin; Paul began his own gin journey.
Back home in Lincolnshire, determined to create gins that went beyond the traditional botanical blends, he began to explore new ideas. At Atlas Gin we carefully curate our botanical blends for the perfect balance of flavour. We source and select the finest botanicals, then infuse them for 24 hours so that the flavours are fully released. Our gin is one shot distilled in a copper still, to ensure that it’s smoother and that nothing impairs the flavour.
