Anglesey Rum Co produces, imports, blends and bottles rums, with the main emphasis being on producing their own rum, from pure cane molasses using various traditional and modern methods. Their rum is made from premium pure cane molasses, left to ferment with with pure Welsh Water and yeast for around 7 days, this is then run through their 300 litre pot still, for the second run they use our 100 litre pot still for the perfect result.
