I was upset when Phillips of Bristol stopped making their Lovage cordial and my favourite tipple of Brandy and Lovage ended. The Tipple Cellar provided honest, decent, reliable, and professional service. I had purchased 2 alcoholic beverages from the company. Unfortunately one was out of stock. The Tipple Cellar immediately informed me via email and refunded the money directly into my account without any delays. The other product I purchased from them arrived in a few days. The Tipple Cellar appear to value their customers because they provide excellent customer service. I will purchase from them again and would recommend them.
service was great. Prices were great. Only minor gripe being that one of the bottles was from a different batch to be bottle advertised in the picture, but had I not been searching specifically for that batch it wouldn't have mattered, so realise that's picky.
Cute little bottle and tastes good
I bought a bottle of bath gin for my wife's birthday. When it arrived it was obvious that the bottle had broken in transit due the the box being crushed. Emailed photos to thetippleceller and the next day they phoned me up to apologise and offered a replacement bottle ASAP. The next bottle arrived with no issues. Excellent customer service.
