Nc'nean are an independent, organic whisky distillery that exists to create experimental spirits and pioneer sustainable production. Their experimental nature makes for varying batches. Each batch is small and will taste slightly different to the one before. They like to call it whisky freedom. All Nc'nean whisky is made from 100% organic Scottish barley, non-chill filtered and is not coloured.
