I went online to try and order a bottle of Lovage for a relative who lived up north and didn't know that it was possible to get Lovage any more but I had a problem and needed to reset my password. Whilst trying to do this I encountered problems and got a message saying I needed to phone for help but meanwhile all the bottles had sold out. When I phoned to reset my password I mentioned my problem in ordering and on checking they could see that I had tried to reset my password so managed to get me a bottle to send to my niece on the 2nd date. It has now been received on time and she was more than happy with her surprise and knowing she could once more enjoy her brandy and lovage. It is also great that we are given the opportunity to collect direct from the shop when notified it is in and save the postage since we are local.
My mother is absolutely delighted to have found a replacement for the Phillips Lovage she used to have. She ran a pub and b&b for 26 years and a brandy and Lovage helped to get through the hard work and long hours every day. Just one a day. When my parents retired they named their new home Lovage. Thankyou so much.
